Hi there! Thank you so much for choosing me to work with you on your health and wellness journey.
I was born and raised in Montana. At the age of 18, I joined the US Navy and served as a Hospital Corpsman for over five years. My experience in the United States military inspired me to pursue a career in Chiropractic.
I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana where I concentrated my studies in the field of Exercise Science. After graduation, I continued my education at the Southern California University of Health Sciences where I obtained my Doctorate in Chiropractic.
I wanted to give back to my community as well as help improve the lives of fellow veterans. My practice is focused mostly on sports medicine, women’s health, and treating different tactical populations.
I am a single mom to two teenagers and my free time is spent with family and enjoying the outdoors.
I look forward to being a part of your care team!

Hi there! I’m Adilene.
I have been a massage therapist for 14 years. I graduated from college in 2009 and started working as a massage therapist in 2010.
I thoroughly enjoy my job. It feels good helping people feel better and I’m happy when I see the improvement in their health. I specialize in several modalities- trigger point, deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, and craniosacral.
In my free time, I enjoy being with my kids. We love to go for walks, have beach days at La Jolla Shores, and visit the local libraries.
I’m looking forward to working with you during your wellness journey.

Hey! Thanks for checking out my bio and our office! Here’s the scoop on my education:
I’m a 2008 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Southern California University of Health Sciences. During my time in chiropractic college, I had a lof of incredible opportunities to work with different sporting events and humanitarian work like the AVON Walk for Breast Cancer, AIDS Lifecycle, and a chiropractic trip to Bolivia. During my preceptorship, I also had rotations with orthopedic and neurosurgeons and the West LA VA hospital which allowed me to be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary setting.
After graduating, I attained my DACBSP (Diplomate of the Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians) which has given me thorough knowledge in the treatment and management of sports injuries. I also had the incredible fortune of being an on-site chiropractor at the University of California- San Diego athletic training room for many years.
And now a little about me:
I’ve played sports my entire life and love to stay active. I grew up playing volleyball, basketball, and softball, and then picked up lacrosse when I went to college at the University of Minnesota- Duluth. During the spring, you will find me refereeing girls lacrosse throughout San Diego.
I also picked up golf during the pandemic and I try to get out most Tuesdays on the Torrey Pines golf course. I love being active and am so thankful to have escaped the tundra of Minnesoooota and now live in a place where I can be outside year-round. When I’m inside, I’ll be chilling with my husband, Adam, our daughter, Isabela, and our cat, Lady Arya The Dire-cat of House Moroswald.
Because of my sports background, I take a team approach to my patients’ care. We will both have to put in the hard work to get you better, but it’s worth it!
